Cereplex Direct in vivo multi-channel neural signal acquisition system Blackrock Microsystems

Date:2025-03-21 Click:

The CerePlex Direct system is an easy to operate in vivo multi-channel data acquisition system, which can meet the different experimental requirements of users, and record high throughput, low noise and high quality data of animals with fixed heads or awake free movement. It is easy to connect with micro digital amplifier and experimental computer, has the interface of communication with external equipment, lower noise, small size, high cost performance, wider application range and so on.

The experimental configuration scheme includes:

1.CerePlex μ micro digital amplifier (32, 32+32+32, (32+32)*3)

2.CerePlex Direct host

3.Cereplex Wireless host

4.CereStim R96, 32, 64, 96-channel electrical stimulator

5.32 channel and 96 channel wireless amplifier

6.8* Radio physiological signal receiver

7. Electrophysiological nerve signal simulator

8. Computer, monitor

9. Software: BOSS offline neuron classification software, NeuroExplorer neural data analysis software

System features:

Wired recording enables 32,64,96,128,256 channels of recording

Wireless recording enables 32 - and 96-channel recording in 1.5m*1.5m space

The 32-channel miniature digital amplifier realizes the analog amplification, analog filtering and high precision analog-to-digital conversion of 32 channels; In the front end of data transmission is digitized, analog signal transmission length within a few centimeters; Weighs only 1 gram; With electrode impedance test function, 3D acceleration sensor and gyroscope function, it can sense the subtle movement changes of animals, and synchronously save the movement data in the neural signal file.

The data sampling frequency is 30kHz / 60kHz, and the data sampling accuracy is 16 bits.

A variety of neuronal signals can be collected: Raw wide-band signal Raw data; Neuron fire Spike; Local field potential LFP.

The system has input/output interfaces to communicate with other devices.
